Compensation Structure

You don’t just earn commission here. You build income. There are two ways you get paid inside this role.
1) Upfront Commission:
You earn 25% commission on every AI Automation system you close.
THAT MEANS:
Close a $4,000 system → You earn $1,000
Close a $6,000 full infrastructure build → You earn $1,500
Close 5 deals in a month → $5,000–$7,500+ in commissions
There is no cap. There is no ceiling.
Your income scales with your performance.

You are paid monthly via ACH or approved digital transfer once deals are properly logged and installed.
2) Monthly Recurring Residual Income
This is where the leverage happens.
Every client we install into a full AI system remains on a monthly subscription for hosting, automation infrastructure, and ongoing system management.

You earn 25% recurring commission on all active monthly subscriptions for every client you close.
THAT MEANS:
When your clients stay… You keep getting paid.
