Freedom Movement Consulting LLC provides customized AI infrastructure installation and automation services. Due to the implementation-based nature of our work, our refund policy reflects the time, labor, and system configuration involved.

Please review carefully before engaging our services.

1. Strategy Sessions

All strategy sessions are non-refundable.

These sessions reserve dedicated time for system evaluation, architecture planning, and consultation. Once the session is completed or scheduled, the fee is considered earned.

2. Installation Services (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3)

All installation fees are non-refundable once onboarding or system buildout begins.

This includes:

•CRM configuration

•Automation workflow build

•AI chatbot setup

•Website or funnel installation

•Channel expansion system deployment

Because work begins immediately after onboarding and access submission, refunds are not available once implementation has started.

3. Expansion Channels ($595 Add-Ons)

Channel expansion installs (Cash Buyer, Renter, Wholesaler systems) are non-refundable once deployment begins.

Each expansion involves separate CRM configuration, automation build, and AI setup. Once work has started, fees are considered earned.

4. Subscription Billing (Tier 2 & Tier 3)

Tier 2 and Tier 3 services include recurring monthly subscription fees for:

•CRM hosting

•Automation engine execution

•AI functionality

•System access and maintenance

•Subscriptions continue monthly until canceled.

To cancel:

•Written notice must be submitted prior to your next billing date.

•No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.

Failure to cancel before your billing date will result in the next scheduled charge.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, you must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

•Immediate suspension of system access

•Termination of service agreements

•Collection of disputed amounts

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and promptly.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests prior to onboarding or before any system work has begun may be reviewed at our discretion.

Approval is not guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case.
