REFUND POLICY

At Freedom Movement Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing high-impact, execution-based services. Due to the nature of our digital content, consulting, and funding processes, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Please review the terms below carefully.

1. Strategy Calls ($97 Consults)

All $97 strategy calls are non-refundable. These sessions reserve time with our experts and are considered billable consultations. However, the $97 fee can be applied as a credit toward any qualifying service within 30 days of your call.

2. Credit & Planning Programs

Refund eligibility for our credit optimization or business planning packages is subject to the following terms:

Eligible for refund if:

•No portal content has been accessed

•No documents have been uploaded

•Request is made within 3 days of purchase

Not eligible for refund if:

•Any digital content has been viewed

•Client submitted documents for review

•The service has already begun execution

We reserve the right to verify access logs and document activity to determine refund status.

3. Funding Services

All funding-related consulting services are non-refundable once the intake process has started.

This includes:

•Prequalification reviews

•Strategy mapping

•Lender submission prep

•Document packaging

Our team begins work immediately upon document submission. Due to the labor and partner coordination involved, no refunds will be issued after this point.

4. Digital Downloads & Trainings

All digital assets, including ebooks, templates, training modules, and recorded workshops, are non-refundable once delivered.

Please ensure you are ready to commit before purchasing.

5. Memberships & Subscriptions

For any recurring subscriptions such as newsletters, vault access, or memberships:

•You may cancel anytime via your portal or by emailing us at [email protected]

•We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing periods

6. Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in:

•Immediate termination of your access to all services

•Reporting of chargeback abuse to relevant agencies or platforms
