1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

2. Services We Provide

Freedom Movement Consulting LLC provides AI infrastructure installation and automation consulting services for real estate investors and operators.

Services may include:

•Investment GPT system configuration

•CRM system setup and pipeline configuration

•AI-powered chatbot and automation workflow buildout

•Branded seller acquisition website installation

•Channel expansion infrastructure (Cash Buyer, Renter, Wholesaler systems)

•Ongoing CRM hosting and automation management

All services are installation-based and customized per client.

We do not provide lending, credit repair, or direct funding services.

3. Consultation Requirement

All primary services require a strategy session prior to engagement.

No system installation begins without:

•Completed strategy consultation

•Submitted onboarding questionnaire

•Required account access

•Agreement to scope and billing terms

Freedom Movement Consulting LLC reserves the right to decline service if a project falls outside our operational scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

•Provide accurate business information

•Grant necessary access to domains, email, calendars, phone systems, and related platforms

•Participate in onboarding calls when required

•Respond to communication requests in a timely manner

Delays in access or communication may impact project timelines.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

Payment terms vary by service tier.

Tier 1 systems are one-time installations.

Tier 2 and Tier 3 services include recurring monthly subscription fees for:

•CRM hosting

•Automation engine execution

•AI functionality

•Ongoing system access

Subscription fees are billed monthly and continue until canceled in writing.

Expansion channels (Cash Buyer, Renter, Wholesaler) are billed per additional installation.

All payments are due as agreed prior to system deployment.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the customized and installation-based nature of our services:

•Strategy sessions are non-refundable.

•Installation fees are non-refundable once onboarding or buildout begins.

•Subscription fees are non-refundable for active billing cycles.

If a client chooses to discontinue services, cancellation must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing date.

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, automation structures, and frameworks developed by Freedom Movement Consulting LLC remain proprietary.

Clients receive usage rights for installed systems but may not:

•Copy, resell, or redistribute proprietary frameworks

•Duplicate system architecture for resale

•Share internal automation logic externally

Unauthorized use may result in termination of service.

8. No Guarantees

Freedom Movement Consulting LLC does not guarantee:

•Deal flow volume

•Revenue outcomes

•Conversion rates

•Business performance results

System performance depends on market conditions, marketing efforts, operational execution, and other factors outside of our control.

We install infrastructure. Operational results depend on client implementation.

9. Third-Party Platforms

To deliver services, we may utilize third-party platforms including but not limited to:

•GoHighLevel (CRM & automation platform)

•Stripe (payment processing)

•SMS/A2P messaging providers

•Website hosting providers

•Analytics and tracking tools

These platforms operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Freedom Movement Consulting LLC shall not be liable for:

•Business losses

•Data loss resulting from third-party platforms

•Service interruptions outside of our control

•Market performance or deal outcomes

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
